Complaints Policy

Our complaints policy adheres to DfE guidance and procedures set out in the Independent Schools Council (ISC) Model Complaints Procedure.

 

At Willow Brook Primary School and Nursery, there is a free flow of information between school and home. Sometimes, however, misunderstandings may arise and you may not feel happy with your child's progress or with some other issue. We would always prefer that you do not keep a problem or concern to yourself but approach the school to discuss and resolve.

 

Set out in the link below is a simplified guide to the procedure to be followed should such a situation arise. We would fully expect that, in the majority of cases, complaints will be satisfactorily resolved at the preliminary stage.
