Topic – Rivers project

Throughout the week use your topic time to research rivers in the UK and world rivers.

You could then use your research to –

• Write a non-chronological report
• Make a board game
• Draw and label a diagram of a river
• Make a set of river top trumps
• Paint a landscape with a river in it
• Using natural materials in your garden, make a river picture
• Make a 3D model of a river from source to mouth
• Create a river alphabet – can you find river names for every letter of the alphabet
